Is the initial enquiry really free?

Yes. The Free Discovery Enquiry costs £0 and provides an initial recommendation. It does not include detailed comparison or itinerary work.

Does JA book activities for me?

No. Activity bookings are completed directly with GetYourGuide, Headout or the named provider. That provider manages payment, tickets, cancellations and refunds.

How are guidance plans delivered?

By email and PDF. Delivery is currently manually reviewed to maintain quality and control.

Can JA book my flight or transport?

No. JA does not sell or arrange flights, visas, transfers, coaches, ferries, trains, taxis, car hire or other transport.

Are selected partner hotels available?

No partnered hotels are currently listed. The Selected Partner Hotels information and accommodation support area is coming soon.

What is a minor revision?

A small adjustment within the original agreed request. A different destination, dates, traveller group or substantially different plan may require a new scope.

Can you guarantee accessibility?

No. We can research public information and prepare provider questions, but essential access requirements must be confirmed directly with the provider.

How does the social tariff work?

Eligible customers may receive reduced prices. Ask through the enquiry form and do not upload evidence until JA explains a secure assessment route.
